Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of the HelpStack platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HelpStack platform ("Service"), operated by the team behind helpstack.cloud ("HelpStack", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
2. Eligibility and account rules
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use HelpStack. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
3. Payment and billing
HelpStack is a subscription service. Our plans are billed in euros:
- Monthly: €29 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual: €24 per month, billed as a single annual payment of €288 per year.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees and any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the outstanding balance is resolved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest data from HelpStack in an unauthorized manner.
- Probe, scan, hack, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Violate applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and export-control laws.
- Abuse AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Interfere with other users' accounts or disrupt the Service's availability or performance.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual property
HelpStack retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, designs, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of the projects, code, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Generated documents are provided for your use in accordance with your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically republish outputs generated by the Service without authorization.
6. Service limitations and liability
HelpStack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Generated content and tool recommendations are produced with AI assistance and should be reviewed before use in production or commercial contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. If you do, any active subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period. You can also delete your account from the dashboard, which removes or anonymizes your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
8. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including EU and Swiss consumer protection laws.
9. EU and Swiss consumer rights
We respect your rights under EU and Swiss consumer protection laws. If you are an EU or Swiss consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract, including rights related to contract information, withdrawal, and unfair terms.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the app before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
